I got the final picture and Library 100%. I think I should move on from this game, but Doing Emi's, Hanako's, and Lilly's path one Last time won't hurt. I'm going to have to lurk these forums just to make sure I don't miss any important news. And of course I'll try to help people out a bit.

Oh, and I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think the second way to get Emi's good ending leads you to the graveyard scene. It involves following Emi when she storms out of the living room at her house and then talking to Misha about your fight with her. The flowchart will tell you better than I can...

You haven't obtained all possible ends of all possible routes. You might be missing the second way to get Emi's good end, or one of the three ends of Rin's route, since you have all three of Hanako's ends and Lilly's and Shizune's routes have only two ends, which I trust you've obtained.
