Is it wrong of me to hope this goes towards the bad end?

I agree with what Mirage_GSM said.
Especially about the ending. I thought it would be Lilly and/or Akira who would come pick her up or something.
Hisao coming back just seems far-fetched.
Still, its an interesting read.

aww... you took Rin away! Not that I hate her and want to see her suffer or anything, but i think Rin is an interesting character to throw in...

The only problem I got with Nomiya is the fact that he had an outburst in front of Hisao... Though I think some of that anger might have come from his friend who committed suicide... But still, yelling at a student can quite easily be lead into a legal situation... I totally agree with KFKenobi's ...

If she wants to be comforted or have a talk with Hanako or something she would call the person herself. Or is this call everyone and inform them that I will be busy for the next few months cause ...

Question 1: How do you think a school like Yamaku would work? (Other than what we've been shown.) Would you change some things about the school? it will most likely work as it is shown, just with better accessibility, not up on a mountain that is a pain to climb up to with doors and walkways more ...

Maybe its because I know what happened afterwards and the seriousness of the affairs... but Hisao seems a bit... distant.
Also a side note: doesn't Hanako have to go to a therapist? or is that just unscheduled whenever Hanako feels up for it kind of thing?

Umm... my prof caught me playing it during class I told him about it and got him hooked, he is now playing it before class starts... supposedly with adult content turned off of course...

Needed to find something to procrastinate work with and get off skyrim, then this game got released. So I played it, for a bit too long, then came to the forum to find that annoying last scene that everyone missed... after that just loitering about the forums i guess?
