Compared to the first Emi artwork you posted on this tread, this is a huge improvement in quality and technique so don't criticize yourself too much. This is the best one so far.

I like the artworks, don't get me wrong...but I can't ignore the long necks on Shizune and Emi. They look like i could just snap them like pencils.

I'm sorry, the only VN I read so far that I consider as good or better than Katawa Shoujo doesn't contain any adult scenes... If you're willing to give it a try anyway, have a look at Ever17.
