Oh yeah, in MGS3 Snake gets his eye cut out. Legally, that counts as being disabled, not sure if it's severe enough to belong in this thread though. I think it should, as it does actually limit snake and act as a hindrance, instead of "cool, now we can put in a robot eye that shoots lasers!"
