Okay, I understand what this is, but my question is: "Whear is the 'Katawa Shoujo' part?"

There's actually quite a few ways to get that scene. Go for Hanako/Lilly or Rin, but clam up when Lilly asks about your condition As you said, go for Rin and don't join the art club Go for Shizune and kick Shizune and Misha out of your room Go for Shizune but try to keep up with Emi, then be sarcas...
