Re: Your first ending?
I'm pretty sure almost everyone got Emi's good ending on their first try. I don't know why, but it seems whoever I ask had that as their first. I also got Emi's good ending first, and I don't really get why people are accusing Hisao of idiot ball ownership. In fact, the reason I got that ending at ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Hi all, small update on my stuff: I ran another half marathon this evening. This was not my plan, it just sort of happened. :) It was my initial goal to run 10 km if my leg injuries didn't act up. My running progress has been held back recently due to various shin problems, and that's been all kind...

I might be interested in artisting it up. I know my style is not appropriate, but I am adaptable to whatever needs doing. I also might try for Mutou, I have a pretty deep voice.

Re: So I drew Rin (First tablet drawing)
I think it's a good start for being unfamiliar with working with a tablet, but here are my tips. From the way your strokes look, it's clear that you lack confidence in the marks you're making. More careful though before each stroke, visualization of the results will help the drawing look less forced...

Re: Have you dated someone like any KS character?
True, it comes with some downsides. For me, that wasn't a problem with my ex which reminds me of Emi/Shizune, she cared enough to get to know me and learn that I like to say nothing when I have nothing to say, she didn't take it personally, most of the time. Communication! That's the ticket. A lot o...

Re: Japanese language Q&A
Agreed, the pronunciation guide wasn't great. For those struggling with vowel sounds in Japanese, it would be wise to learn the Latin standards, which is what we always use when transliterating foreign languages. "i" makes an "ee" sound, "e" makes an "ay" soun...

Re: Have you dated someone like any KS character?
Well, yeah. I knew girls like Emi before playing KS, too. I think a large part of it is that with talkative people, it isn't necessary to reach around for topics to talk about, which is great when you're not great at it. It makes me want to go through Emi's route again and count how many times she s...

Asking can't hurt. Just do some research beforehand, they might end up being into it, and maybe you'll get more into it, as well.

Re: Have you dated someone like any KS character?
Man, a lot of us have dated or been influenced by Emis in real life. I wonder if that's a curse for those of us who are shy, self-deprecating (*cough*Hanako*cough*) types: we're attracted to outgoing and hard working types. This is something that actually hit me pretty hard with Emi. She was the onl...

Re: I'm thinking about translating KS
They have been pretty open about the fact that they want tight control over any translation projects (understandable given that the game is all about the quality of the storytelling, it's not like Harvest Moon where Natsume can kind of get away with a crap translation). Ask them directly and read an...

Re: > Comfort Hanako
Those of you who believe Hanako would never, ever cheat are gravely distorting Hanako's character, overestimating her kindness, and under estimating the effects of her trauma. Hanako is so lonely and love-starved that she will take affection wherever she can find it; for this reason she is the one ...

This is my attempt at Hanako. I think she turned out pretty much as I imagined. http://imageshack.us/a/img834/1570/hanako1.png This is an image of Shizune I'm working on, and I have no idea what clothes to put her in, so any ideas would be great. http://imageshack.us/a/img822/4755/shizunoclothes.png

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
@Velitation Interesting story. I've had the misfortune of being with someone who would rather sneak around than break up with me, it's a hard thing to forgive. Hopefully you got something out of it. I definitely relate to the depression, being manic-depressive myself. I don't really get the prank, t...
