Which is more likely to you ?
1)He continues his relationship with his girlfriend, and finally married with her.
2)He continues his relationship with his girlfriend, but breaks smoothly after and made his living with a woman as well as his ex, it's just high school after all.
3)He continues his relationship with his girlfriend, but breaks hardly, moves with Kenji and become a sexist hikikomori who spends his time by playing VN, choose a waifu strangely similar to his ex and died at 30 of a heart attack caused by his obesity. (Kenji is left a few years before; after taking night classes, find a good job and meet a nice woman; he tried to help Hisao to do the same but the Kenji's Rise has only made him more bitter.)
