I understand that it wouldn't be entirely the same and I 100% get why Rin would be hurt by this and what it represented, but it's not entirely unheard of for people without arms to hug other people with their nubs. There was this one motivational speaker I saw with no arms and no legs, (really cool guy) and after each show, he'd have people from the audience line up and he'd give them all hugs and tell them that he cared for them. He said that because he had so little to use that it hurt his shoulders, neck and back afterwards if there was a ton of people at the show, but otherwise he seemed happy to do it.

Oh, and apparently the guy, (Nick Vujicic) broke the world hug record too. While we're at it, let's talk about how awesome it is that this guy actually exists, and how true the whole "handicap doesn't define people" theme rings.

Doesn't Rin kind of hug Hisao once or twice anyway - although it wasn't enveloping I think Hisao recognises it for what it is? Or is my short-term memory playing up again

Although I'd be hesitant to capl a nub cuddle a 'hug', per se, I can't really thing of a better word to describe it. Similar to someone slumping their body against someone and draping their hands on their shoulders - it's not strictly a hug, but I'd still relate it.

Kinda like how if Hisao help on to her stump, you could call it holding her hand.

I've always wanted to try putting my elbows in my shirt arm holes and live like Rin for a day.

I actually have a hard time imagining H scenes with her because of that. I just don't really think of her as sexy as much as the other girls. More cute, really.

Yeah, she's pretty cute. But as a plus, you can skip the bondage gear and just tie her sleeves to stuff.
