What if Rin had prosthetic arms?

Wouldn't it be great if she had obtained prosthetics?
Something like in this video. These thing are costly, but there could be in-universe fundraiser to cover the cost. Prosthetics would've been helpful for her basic daily routines.
(If this topic and post are irrelevant or whatever, feel free to dispose of them. And as my English is poor, don't expect any good grammar here.)

P.S. Do you the story of Nikolai Kobelkoff (Николай Кобельков)? This fellow Russian's story is quite inspiring, I guess.

I don't think she'd want to use them to be honest. I can see her asking why she would want them, as she exists just fine how she is. Not only that, but her entire life has been spent trying to express to people who she is and has failed except for art, and hers is unique in that she doesn't need arms to do it.
Maybe someone else with her condition may jump at the chance, but not Rin. You see this as a solution to her problem, but her lack of arms is not it.

It would be different for someone who used to have arms, but lost them.

Rin was born without arms in the first place, if I recall. So the way she does things now is normal for her, and always has been. Suddenly having these new appendages would just feel weird.

There are cases of people going insane once they've been given vision after being blind their whole life. Although not quite as extreme, I still can't help thinking Rin wouldn't cope with having arms particularly well.

In B4 "I didn't ask for this"

Granted, I'm not really one who understands Rin, as a character, but I'd say she wouldn't like them.
She'd probably enjoy the novelty of them, maybe even play around with them, but as far as long-term goes I'm not too sure she'd want them forever

"I can hug you now, Hisao"

I would guess that they would be useful for things like brushing her teeth, but for real work like painting they'd wind up in a corner.

Since nearly 100% of her arms are non-existent, I think prosthetic arms would be rather superfluous.

Honestly, they'd likely hang useless at her sides on account of she has plenty enough dexterity with her feet already. She'd get chewed out all the time by Emi for not using them.

Her and Emi would team up and form a superhero duo called the Limbless Wonders. She'd be the Armsy Artist and Emi would be Pirate Lass and they'd be completely unstoppable. Also they'd have a sidekick in the form of Generic VN Guy and their top secret base would be the roof of the school because apparently nobody else ever really goes there.

This sounds apocryphal. Sources, if you please. (It's actually relevant to something I've been working on.)

It depends when she will get said prosthetics. I don't see any reason for her to use them after she is already capable of doing most *cough* things with her legs.
If she would be given prosthetics at a young age, i guess she'd be pretty much normal (physically) but i don't think it would make much of a difference about how she thinks.

This'll teach me to verify things I hear before I spout them - looks like they're probably urban myths. However, if you feel like it read up Molyneux's Problem, which concerns the idea that somebody who can determine objects by feeling them may not necessarily be able to determine them by seeing them.

Keep in mind something Hisao thinks in Act 1. "She gives off the impression of being entirely unaware that she's missing any limbs at all."

Indeed. I doubt she'd even want to use them if she had been given prosthetic arms.
