I also got my first exposure to KS through his review. He always seemed to be a really nice guy. All I can figure is he suffered from depression and it just got to be too much.

Well this is sobering, Just recently I had a good friend who was considering, but I talked him down, thank god it ended ok. It's sad he fell to a temporary lapse, as it's not so temporary anymore.

I dunno, somepeople around here are know *wink wink* for ruining our hopes and joy with terrible and depressing stuff. No naming names of course.

A touching little video clip that shows what a kind, gentle person he really was. Just from reading Hanako's Broken Heart Club, or the number of members who say that they're Hanabro's because they know how she feels, I know a lot of us suffer from low self confidence. So this is something we really need to hear more often

Oh jeez, that's terrible. I pretty much only knew him for his KS review, but that was enough to know that he was a cool fellow. It really sucks that things ended up in this situation.

My mind is completely scrambled by this. I didn't know much about the guy having only watched a few vids off theback of the KS review and certainly didn't know he had any problems that could potentially lead to this kind of ending.

But I'm sure I speak for many when I say his review was one of the reasons (indeed the main reason) why that heart with a plaster icon sits on our desktop. And also its the go-to place when you need to explain KS to someone.

I checked out his KS review after hearing the news (by which I mean, saw this thread). He seems like a pretty classy fellow. It's a shame something like this had to happen. I can only hope his loved ones are doing okay.
