Or, in other words, "how KS improved your lives".
I know there is the obligatory "running, because Emi did it", but I also want to hear about other habits, you picked up because of this game.
This thread shall serve as a useful compendium of healthy habits, this game can teach you. It also serves as measurement as to how KS influenced the lives of the community (i.e.. how man people even changed their lives, because of KS and the feels associated with it.) So please feel free to post your life story, and how KS made you change your life.
As for me, I started reading, because Hisao did it, and it really is helpful for learning languages and the like.
So what about you?
Greetz, komplein

In what way, though? How was you life before, and what did these fan works teach you (methods, habits), that improved your life and made it better?

I've spent more time following my passion (writing) now, probably because of Rin. I also started learning Japanese, but I can't remember if it was KS or Little Busters that made me want to do that

Well, I decided to pick up playing the piano after hearing some pieces, and some songs such as cold iron, innocence and breathlessly I can play off by heart. I suppose it got me an obsession, and also something to aim towards (making my own VN). I suppose Rin's path made me realise a lot about myself I guess, and helped in my fight against depression at the time.

I've tried alot more to understand people, not just how they act, but the reasons why. It's helped. Alot.
Also, I don't take anything at face value anymore. If I see someone who I think is not quite picturesque, I don't try not to get to know them.
Mainly It has helped my people skills.

Emi's route helped me to understand and come to terms with what went wrong in my relationship with this close friend of mine and the primary role in played in that tragedy.
Rin's route helped me a lot in understanding and coming to terms with myself and my life as well as the value/role of it. It wasn't the one thing that did it but it was one of the things that, at the time, laid the foundation for eventual self-realization.

White-knighting.
I also picked up an exercise habit but abandoned it due to a mixture of insomnia and depression (both a result of KS as well). I've recently stabilized my sleeping cycles though so I can start up again. Also picked up my old reading habits courtesy of Hanako...Why did I ever stop reading...I'mma finally read Gerald's Game.

I drink less coke now and more tea.
Not exactly sure how healthy that is, but it's something. I also walk a lot more.

Ha. Dick. Hard. Pun.
Also, does "anime-watching" even count as a healthy habit?

Not at all. Also set myself up there.

Nothing really changed physically but mentally, I think I stopped viewing disabled people as special. Also, I used to under appreciate fanart and dislike most other art but after playing KS, I stopped hating them and begin to enjoy and appreciate them
Most of you probably think Hanako is already very pathetic(socially) but playing her route made me realise that I'm actually doing worse than her. She has more friends and courage than me. Of course, I do not have the courage to change that fact but I think I'm making a tinny tiny bit of improvement to be better:)
Now that I think about it, I actually felt like I had companions when playing KS

...You have no idea at all what "healthy" means, do you?
