Finding out the decisions that lead to a save file

If you have a save file and all the rest of the installation that produced it, is there a way to tell which decisions you made up to that point?
Today I tried to remember the exact path I took the first time I played KS. Of course I remember the general outline, but I noticed that even with the flowchart I can't quite do it. Especially in Act 1 I have taken every choice at some point, so it is all a bit of a blur and the checkboxes don't help either.
Of course this is just idle curiosity and if it isn't possible I can live with that, but perhaps I am just overlooking something.
