Katawa Shoujo and Naruto?

I was a fan of naruto and first time I saw hanako I was like "oh here's hinata!"
and then I thought that maybe it's a naruto reference, I don't think it is but I've search and that's what I came out with:

when there's two naruto character, the first one is for their appearance and the second one for their mentality, I've completely forget to mention that
also, as I said, I'm sure it as nothing to do with it, just some coincidence as I can't find what the other character could be

Naruto is bad and you should feel bad.
That said, none of those equations really add up all that well.
