I Can't Launch The Game

I accidentally removed the shortcut to run the game and now I can't play it. I tried looking at other threads where people say to look for it in Program Files, but what exactly am I looking for? There isn't any file that launches the game as far as I can tell; I've checked every folder and all the game resources are there, just not whatever file it is that launches the game. Help please?

You have to downlaod the game again.
