If you got the chance, who would the characters sound like and what accents would they have?

For me, Hisao always seemed to have a slightly urban accent, maybe the accent you would hear in Ohio or Chicago.

Can't list enough Japanese VAs for every character. But, here's my short list:

Hisao: Sakurai Takahiro
Hanako: Noto Mamiko
Emi: Hirano Aya

Ben Stein as Mutou.

It depends, do you mean if KS will be voiced like an English dubbed anime style, or actual Japanese voice actors. From other discussions I get that a lot of members think Japanese VAs are better to voice.

If English VAs I have no clear actors to think of yet.

Doesn't really matter, but I imagined more English speakers because the Dialog was in English.

For Japanese cast I'm hearing Kana Hanazawa for Misha.

Morgan Freeman as Mutou
Chuck Norris as Jigoro
...and hunt Xanatos in real life so he might voice Nomiya

I guess as 17-years old, I would have only choice to voice Hisao "Swagger-vest" Nakai

Okay, are we going with Japanese or English dub?
If Japanese:
Jigoro - Norio (MOTHERFUCKING) Wakamoto
Yuuko - Maaya Sakamoto
Hideaki - Mitsuki Saiga

If English:
Hisao - Johnny Young Bosch
Jigoro - Steve Blum
Mutou - David Tennant ( kidding), I'd actually say Crispin Freeman
Lilly - Christine Auten
Misha - Mandy Clark
Nomiya - (if he were still alive) Mako Iwamatsu
Kenji - Dante Basco
Yuuko - Nancy Novotny
Rin - Karen Strassman
Hanako - Stephanie Sheh
Emi -Wendee Lee

The nurse in the English dub has a sort of Todd Haberkorn feel in my head.

I always imagined Kenji sounding like Spongebob.

For some reason, I can imagine Tara Strong voicing Misha. Particularly in a Bubbles-from-PPG-esque voice.

No, not Tom Kenny. Gilbert Gottfried would be better for an "irritating friend" voice.

I don't know Gilbert Gottfried is a more mature annoying. Something Kenji hasn't quite mastered yet.

As far as my line up, I'd have Danny DeVito voice Nomiya.
Johnny Depp as the Nurse.
And Jim Carrey as Mutou.

Well first off, I would let Morgan Freeman voice all of the H-scenes. For the other voices, I personally read EVERYTHING in Morgan Freeman's voice.

Am I the only one who actually chose Anime voice actors instead of just... y'know, actors?
