Problem running the game

Hi, I seem to have problems running the game with the Mac OS X DDL download. (I can't open it at all! 
)
The issue says "No mountable system".
I really no techie, so I don't understand what the error means, much less the methods to solve it.
If it's any help, I should be running on the latest, if not 10.6.8 Apple software.
