Corrupted Direct Download

Hi, I just downloaded Katawa Shoujo, however, it does not work when I try to run it, two errors appear.

The first says:
The specified module could not be found.
LoadLibrary(pythondll) failed

The second says:
C:\Users\[insert rest of file directory]\Katawa Shoujo\PYTHON25.DLL

The second error message appears after I close or click OK for the first error message.

I tried to redownload the installer, but the same errors appear.

What should I do?

I think the problem is that you're missing Python on your computer (download here).

I tried downloading python 2.7 (file name python27), and then python 2.5 (file name python25) but katawa shoujo still doesn't work.

You installed it after the download, right? If you did it and it still doesn't work... I don't know. Try to copy python25.dll (or python27.dll) from C:\Windows\System32 to the directory shown in the error. If then it still doesn't work, I have absolutely no idea how you could solve it, sorry.

Well okay it appears that the problem is that I didn't install it in program files. I'm not sure why that is a problem but I just installed it in program files instead of a folder on my desktop, and IT WORKED!
