The same happened to me after Hanakos and Rins story. I havent played the game after that, but i really need to play Lillys story D: Everyone tells me that its one of the best storys in the game.
But i feel bad everytime when i neglect RIn >.< SO DIFFICULT
Dude. Dude. Seriously. Dude. Play Lilly's. Now. Do it. Go out, buy a tea set, find some tea leaves, brew that shit, and sip tea while playing chess. LIKE A BOSS.

Take me, for instance. I have just enough a case of the 'feels' thanks to KS right now that I'm having some trouble getting into the mood to play videogames, despite still having three Persona games, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, and Resident Evil 6's Ada Wong campaign to finish.
I have a stack of PS3 and PS2 games to get through...I've had Red Dead Redemption since I GOT the PS3 a couple years ago and just reached Mexico. I seem to watch more LPs than actually play games. Though, a lot of what I play has so much content and overall fun factor, it lends itself to the "play for hours, progress nothing" playstyle (Saint's Row, the AC games [especially 3, with the minigames and hunting], Final Fantasy [again, minigames], etcetera).

Oh, and I got Saint's Row 3 today despite not being done with 2. And 4's already in planning by the devs.

None of that's feels-related but whatever. Still need to get on some of these VNs I've seen recommended.

To me, the value that I took away from KS was that I'm still able to connect on a non-physical level with something. Now that I'm in my mid-twenties I've run through the gamut of relationships and for the past couple of years it's been mostly unsatisfying on a mental level. It was refreshing to be able to run through all of these "feels" like I had previously in my life, to prove that they were still there. I enjoyed the time that I spent on KS and on some level I fell for the characters but in the end I celebrate the fact that I could feel that way about something.

Early twenties and run the gamut on jack shit. My problem is I can't connect to real people if my life depended on it. And those I manage some connect with don't connect to me.

It may have been an overstatement, but from my perspective I've had success with relationships but not of the lasting kind. I can connect on a shallow level with just about anyone but it's been a while since I've really forged an understanding with another person. Could you explain how others don't connect to you?

Well, whatever. Anyway, it's fun to think about various situations and possible scenarios involving fictional characters, that's why fanfiction exists. At the end of the day it's all just people having fun playing around with stuff, like imaginary action figures or Lego sets or something.
True. There is nothing wrong with imagination as long as its kept in some borders.
I play D&D and other RPG type board games which base heavily on imagination and sometimes its more fun than playing a game with top notch graphics.

I had the school next day i couldnt focus at all on the classes because of the feels, so yeah... it's sometimes really irritating.
