I could easily imagine Shizune being one of those alien things from Mass Effect that always say their emotions.

An elcor? They do that because of their voice being completely monotone and emotionless
(and it's a reference to an older BioWare character: "Statement: Need something killed Master?")
I write take a look, would you kindly?
I also draw, kind of.

Damn I was thinking it was the Hanar. It's been to long. Anyway getting back to KS, Shizune might want to consider doing this because sometimes she is hard to read, especially in the early days when we had to hear her through Misha.

Ah god, I have this terrible image of a shizune hair cut and glasses on an elcor. And right as I'm playing spore. Damn it.

The hanar are the guys who don't use their real names in public. The "This one/It" people.

@ Sea: The elcor are massive. Gives Shizune's "tough image" a whole new meaning.

Forever Alone (just feel like sharing something)

Post by FeroxAnima »

So...
I'm currently on my first playthrough, I'm on Lilly's route, and just got to the part where she and Akira are saying goodbye to Hisao and Hanako.
And... yep. I'm crying here. A few minutes already. Can't stop those tears. xD
I think I've read there are bad & good endings to each route, and since I didn't finish the novel yet I can't be sure I'm getting the bad ending, but, you know, got that vibe
Anyway, just felt like sharing it somewhere. I'd just continue running through to the end seeing as I can't take my mind off it now, but it's 1 am and I have an important test in like... 7 hours.
I was planning to sleep like 3 hours ago

K that's it, I hope this doesn't count as spamming lol, I just really wanted to share that somewhere and couldn't find anything banning such things in the FAQ :P
If it is spamming then sorry, otherwise, thanks for reading!
Good night 8)

P.S - Sorry for my English, I might have messed up the grammar somewhere... :P

If you happen to have a spare copy of the Midwinter artbook for sale, I'd be grateful if you let me know :D

That one day was a good one.

Dude it's fine there aren't a lot of restrictions on the site about what you can post as long as it's within reason. Anyway welcome to the forums and have fun with the rest of Katawa Shoujo !

Welcome to the forum. Enjoy Rin's route when you get there.

Also, everyone has two endings except Hanako and Rin. They have three endings. And Emi has two separate ways to reach her good ending. And Kenji has one ending.

Protip: Do not use flowcharts. They ruin the fun.

I'm just about as happy as I ever was right now
Finally got to my private time at friday night that I tend to dedicate to Katawa Shoujo only, and finished it - and it turns out to have been the happy ending xD
4ls, you guys are all amazing, I got so connected to the characters that I wanna cry for like 5 different reasons right now, hehe... Thanks for making this beautiful novel, it's really helping me through some rather depressing times.
Also, I cried again today, twice - once as I listened to the beggining of the melody "Breathless" from the soundtrack which plays as Lilly says she decided to leave, and then again as I recognized the music to be from Lilly's music box (just a second before Hisao recognized it).
So many emotions, I might explode :D

I originally posted that as a new thread, which is why I expressed my worries of breaking rules like that xD It was moved here.
Thanks a lot for the welcome :) Definitely am having fun :D

About Rin's route - might take a while, since I currently feel as if replaying through any route other than Lilly's would mean being unfaithful
And thanks about the protip. The second I saw the thread title "Katawa Shoujo full flowchart" I immediately sensed a threat to the game's amazing atmosphere and went back to the last page xD
Thanks for the welcome :)

Edit:
Ohh right, and I wanted to thank Suriko specifically for Lilly <3
Thank you :D

Also suggest you stay away from reviews, they ruin the end reward picture.

No robin I will never let you live that down.

Honestly, I can much more easily imagine Rin being an Elcor considering how she fails to convey her emotions well enough most of the time.

Yeah, I personally dislike reviews in general - I tend to disagree with those I happen to read the big majority of the times, and all the "good" they do is expose weaker points that just ruin the enjoyment for me xD
Also, it usually - though not always - feels to me as if "professional" reviewers believe their opinion counts more than the opinion of others, which is rather annoying :(
I have a friend like that, his main point as he claims that animes I like are bad is "I watched more animes than you did" :P

Careful, some people might.
And they sometimes have strong jaws (Me for example  )
And yes, Doug Walker is hilarious. I sat 5 feet behind him at a panel at ConnectiCon . It was awesome.
