 To be fair, I can't even describe colors without using the color itself. Also can't figure out "salty"...

It's like asking Shizune to describe music.

Yeah, I'd probably have no qualms about staring if no one else was around.
It's not staring at her breasts that'll get you in trouble - it's when you get so used to openly oogling her because she can't see it that you end up accidentally talking to them instead of her.

Hisao: "Hi, Lilly. How are you?"
Lilly: "Hisao, why does your voice sound like it's angled slightly downward?"
Hisao: "What? Oh, uh...no reason..."

That's a valid question from Lilly. There'd be no reason to angle his head downward, staring at tits or otherwise. Hisao's vision must have problems. :P

I don't know which is weirder, Hisao staring at Lilly's beauties or the fact that she miiiight not mind.
And if you think Hisao has vision problems, what does that mean for Kenji?

Hisao: "Hi, Lilly. You seem perky today."
Lilly: "Hisao, why does your voice sound like it's angled slightly downward?"

Hisao: [Sorry, I'm tired. My back hurts...] [I was talking to your tits.]

Her reaction depends though doesn't it? Is he checking her out before, or after they become a couple?

You're terrible, sir. But this is tasteful. I approve.

I don't really have the type of spirit for fucking with people just because I can. But I guarantee you that if it were, say, just her an I in the tea room? I'd spend an awkward amount of time staring at her just to see her facial expressions come and go. Watching people is interesting, and I have the unfortunate habit of forgetting that I actually exist, and if I start watching people too closely they tend to wonder what the fuck you're doing. Lilly wouldn't know where I'm looking at, and someone like her may well understand it if I explained it to her.

And yeah. I probably would try pretending I'm someone else sometime. Which I'd like to imagine I could pull it off, but as far as OC's go, someone with hearing so fine as hers would probably hear the accent tugging at the edges of my voice.

Cover all surfaces in Yamaku with brillo pads then steal her cane so she has to move by touching along the walls.

Make Kenji do it, he knows how to plan this kind of stuff out.
