come on i know theres already one happening but there can be more, so why not give it a shot open for all characters atm, we have nothing to lose

I think you are referring to "Katawa Seiyu"
Usually, stuff like a fandub would not be allowed by the developers, Katawa Seiyu has been given permission as I've seen to make a youtube fandub, as long as they don't meet and talk about it here.
You can't just "Go" and dub the game that someone else owns. There are reasons the devs do things, I don't agree with them on everything, but it's their game.
