There's very little about this game I can't sum up in more than a few words. It was beautiful. A very well-crafted story for at least the one character I've done so far (Hanako), I really felt for her, and you guys genuinely did such a remarkable thing making it dignified, romantic, concerning, all in the right measures, without objectifying anyone for having a specific condition. I also massively enjoyed watching Hisao change his outlook on the school, and on his classmates, instead of thinking "The girl with no legs", he starts thinking "Oh, yeah, the girl that runs track"...In summary, I believe you all did a fantastic job, and you should be very, very proud of yourselves.
