Ok I speak English and a good bit of Spanish.
But I don't know anything about any Asian languages and how things are pronounced. So obviously pronouncing names in KS is very hard for me. So I want to see what I know and what I don't.
I will just show how I'm sounding it out.

Katawa Shoujo:
Kah-tah-wah Shoo-joh

Yamaku:
Yah-mah-koo

Kenji Setou:
Ken-gee Seh-too

Hanako Ikezawa:
Han-ah-koh Eek-ee-zah-wah

Hisao Nakai:
Hee-sow Nah-kai

Emi Ibarazaki:
Em-ee Ee-barah-zah-kee

Tezuka:
Te-zoo-kah

Satou:
Sah-taow

Shizune Hakamichi:
Shee-zoo-nay Ha-kah-mee-chee

Shiina Mikado:
Shee-nah Mee-kah-doh

Akio Mutou:
Ah-kee-oh Moo-taow

Yuuko Shirakawa:
Yoo-koh Shee-rah-kah-wah

I'm pretty sure I got a lot of those right but I have been corrected more than once on these so I wanted to be sure.

This is the way I pronounce their names, except Shizune. "Shee-zoo-nay" just doesn't sound right to me, at all. I know that's probably the proper way of saying it, but in my opinion, saying Shizune's name as it looks just sounds better.

Looks right to me. Pretty sure "shoujo" is "sho-joh" though.

Shee-zoo-ne (As in Negima)

According to my sources, the "ou" is pronounced the same way as the Swedish letter "å". :)
