Welcome to the new forums!

A long last, the day of reckoning is upon us!
First thing's first; thanks to Dark Mercury and his minions for setting up this unrestricted forum for us. No longer shall we have to bow to the non-porn ways of Invision!
So, why move?
Well, ther's a number of reasons behind the move, and it's not jsut limited to the "no porn" rule.
Since we've now offically moved into a "Phase II" of the Katawa Shoujo project, a new worksite seemed appropriate; free of the stigmatism of the old site and the old ways. Stagnant ideas will be laid low, allowing for fresh, directed discussion.
We now have a strong, focussed, and capable creative team. Intead of a scanned page out of a doujin, we have a visual novel in the midle stages of pre production. Characters have been drawn out of the page and fixed firmly in people's mind.
Because of that, the purpose of the forum has changed. No longer are we a group of people brainstorming. Now, we are a group of people creating.
Please don't be daunted by this fact, nor disenchanted. Whilst we now have definate "Directors" and "Group leaders", we're still not above suggestions. No one person can lay claim to this project, nor will they be able to. Even in my position I rely heavily upon my Assistant Director, TcDohl, and our creative team leaders, Hivemind, Frumplstlskn and T_D_K. And I know for a fact that all of the creatives are looking for as much help as they can get.
The main change you will note, however, is that instead of unguided discussion, circular debates and the occasional flame war, here you will find directed, meaningful conversation.
We have a goal, we have a vision, and, thanks to the work of the old forums, we have an extremely detailed concept of how to get there.
All that remains is to put it all into place.
I know that myself and the creative team will be applying oursevles to the fullest, and I ask that you all do the same, either by joining a team, or simply by lurking, looking on, and calling us dickheads when we start drifting from the path.
I've waffled enough for now, but I hope you all see this move as a step forward, and will join us as we embark on the next phase of this project.
