Hypothetically speaking, say they decide to make a spinoff Katawa Shoujo anime. Who'd do the voices for who in the English dub? Or, who do the characters sound like when you hear them in your mind's ear?

I don't have a cast for all the characters, but here's what I've got so far.

Doctor in the hospital - Patrick Seitz (Germany in Hetalia, Ragna in Blazblue)
Akio Mutou - Jamieson Price (Iron Tager in Blazblue, Duke in Tales of Vesperia)
Nurse - Troy Baker (Yuri Lowell in Tales of Vesperia, Vincent Brooks in Catherine)
Jigoro - Liam O'Brien (Asura in Asura's Wrath, Gaara in Naruto)
Hanako - Stephanie Sheh (Hinata in Naruto)

I would assume if they would make a voice for Shizune, it would be a modified version of Misha's since she does speak for her. (So Everyone sort of hears a softer tone of Misha's voice when Shizune is "talking")

This alone would be amazing. He also did Mao (lead character in Disgaea 3), who has a much closer personality to Kenji

I'd use Lilly's voice instead of Misha's, actually, to establish a family resemblance.

Then again, I would also not use Shizune's voice except when she actually makes sounds: when she signs, I would voice the line using whoever is interpreting. Shizune does not speak.

If anyone should make voices to KS, it should be NeokaX. I could totally see her doing Hideaki, Hanako, Lilly, Akira, Emi, Misha/Shizune, Rin & Yuuko.

I already thought about this for some time, but in the end couldn't get a satisfactorily good match. So I went with satisfactorily AWFUL matches, which have been up on my gathering dust blog for some time now. Basically matches that are completely inappropriate except in one narrow way in which they can be interpreted as absolutely perfect.

I think I gave up too quickly trying to cast the rest of KS, but I don't want to take an easy way out on (eg Kenji: PSY of Gangnam Style fame)
