You know, Hanako probably does have some miniskirts in her closet. She just wears them with black (or another dark color) tights to hide the scars.
And if Yamaku had a pool, she'd probably like swimming. Deep scars like Hanako's tend to completely destroy any sweat glands that were there, so she probably needs extra help cooling off on hot days.

Not so sure about that. Hanako is very shy, and if she showed up wearing a bathing suit, people would stare. We all know how she handles people staring at her. I figure she either soaks in the tub, or turns up the AC.

Easy solution: Get a wet suit. Full coverage from neck to wrists to ankles!

I see her turning up in a circa-1920s style suit that comes to the knee and has a big ruffle at the hips. A little goofy but entirely too cute to pick on.
