I guess we reached an agreement about the way KS motivates us? Judging from what I've read from the thread before we stray off topic, I guess most of us feel that KS is the catalyst and a personification of the motivation that drives us forward. I guess I still see KS as the motivation itself since it feels that I am working for SOMEONE ELSE instead of just for me, that I don't want to let them down.
