Depends on what you mean: if you're asking "can I put excerpts of Katawa Shoujo on YouTube without violating the BY-NC-ND license", the answer is yes as long as you don't do something else illegal, such as making money off that, claiming you created KS, or anything violating your country's laws. There are already tons of "let's play" videos, for example.
If you mean something else, I don't know. Be more specific.
Anyway, thanks for asking instead of just going ahead.
