So...there's a group on Team Fortress 2 for Katawa fans
Why don't we make one for LoL?

Lily as Lee Sin (blind) - Jungler
Shizune as Sona (dumb) - bot
Emi as Singed (prosthetic legs) - solo top
Hanako as Annie (fire+teddy bear) - solo mid
Rin as Cho Gath (a true gentleman) - bot

Pretty weak as teams go, but role playing isn't 100% necessary

Just replace Cho with Kog'Maw (ad ranged, also has little stubby arms) and you're golden
