Could someone help me with a signature?

First of all i would like to apologize if it's not allowed to make a thread off-topic to the visual novel but i didn't see any off-topic sections and this seemed like the best section to ask for one. Again if its not allowed i apologize.
I want a signature for my profile from another forum but i don't have any photoshop programs nor skills.

Basicly i want the signature to look like this one:
The same size and with my username in halo letters.
I would extremely appreciate it.
