I've got all the images and I'm positive I've seen all the endings, so why am I stuck on 97% completion? I wanna see the last image!!!! T__T;;

Got it to 100% in library as well, still no image. ;c

Be sure to have seen every bad ending (read: Credits roll) as well, especially Lilly's and Emi's.
It is possible to unlock every scene without them.
