(I'm not much into anime etc, so most of them goes sort of over my head)
Looks like North Maiden, from Star Driver: Kagayaki no Takuto.

"Life goes on" sums it up quite nicely.

As much as I would have liked to see Hanako and Sho get together, I kind of feel that it would have been outside of the story's purpose. Whatever happens after this could just go without saying, because with that huge piece of emotional baggage off her back, Hanako could do pretty much anything at this point. Nothing wrong with leaving it to the imagination.

She's a character from Star Driver. "...And the adventure of life continues," was kind of her catchphrase.

It was a very fun show, if you're down for super-robots-as-overt-metaphor-for-adolescent-sexuality.

Tip: Holding the Shift key with Caps Lock on makes the letters lowercase.

Also, REALLY would like to see an epilogue for this.

I'd expect at least one more chapter I guess, if you wouldn't say it's done and over with.
The adventure of life continues.
Exactly.

No epilogue and no bonus chapter. This particular story is finished. What happens next is up to each individual reader.

Right from the beginning, I'd planned to keep it open at the end. Lilly still has a lot of shit to go through, but there's hope for her. Hanako's future is also looking much brighter. Whether she and Sho end up together isn't for me to say. Everyone's more than free to speculate, of course.

Aw. :( I don't care about Sho, I just wanna see more feels between Hanako and Lilly. I'd be cool to have the latter come visit and hang out with Hanako, in the process telling her about how Hisao spent the final chapter of his life. It'd be a nice little coda to both this story and the game.

Not that I don't appreciate the constant bumps keeping the story at the top of the page, but can we please try to dial back the spam?

Enjoyed your story, good luck with the novel. Too bad you didn't get to show everybody the real Sho, though. I know he isn't meant to be like that but for some reason he reminds me of this old movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSC2U2yYESw

Could you also stop the pointless images at the end of every single post? Typically those are reserved for special occasions, not for every single time you say something. It's kind of like when someone puts a smiley at the end of every sentence and it gets on your nerves because they do it even if they're arguing with you so it comes off as really condescending.
