I was talking with my editor and it seems one of our staffers actually wrote an article for the site on the game. I just thought you guys would be interested in it when it comes out, it will be at http://www.PopCitizen.com

I'll post the link when it goes live. Now that I know this, I'm totally going to vote for it to go on the front page in the featured articles section to get some extra coverage for it!

Also, in order to get it on the featured articles section there has to be shown interest in it. They track where the traffic is coming from and if they see an abnormal amount of unique traffic coming from this forum, they'll pretty much have to run it there. So take a visit to the site to help support some good KS coverage to the mainstream!

Ufufufu, this seems interesting. This game might actually be able to pop up in Yahoo news for this. Only a matter of time before this cripple porn game becomes pop culture.

Extra publicity is always good, though I hope the reviewer gave KS a fair try (preferably 100% completion, but at least two or more routes played through) and judged it for what it was...a labor of love made by volunteers who made the best they could with what they had at their disposal, rather than a "OMG Disability fetish-fest" with graphics that couldn't even match those of the latest commercial games. (or a "too much text, this is not a game") Keep us updated.

Unless you're an anime or music artist. Then you just go downhill from there. VN's, though, I've not seen one go "mainstream" before, so perhaps this might turn out different than we expect.

So op, do you have an approximate date?

This is not a bad thing. As long as it's a fair review, the publicity is good.

The date is 'hopefully soon" since the article is already written.We're personally hoping the influx in interest will push it forward and get it up in the next couple of days.

So what? The devs are already adamant that there will be no sequels, and they refuse to take money, so I'm not seeing how mainstream appeal can possibly affect KS itself in any negative way. The various KS discussion boards, maybe: an influx of teeny-boppers (mentally if not physically) can be worse than any raid. But not the game.

The article goes up tomorrow morning. The more individual views it gets the longer it will be up on the front page. Tell your friends, spam your cohorts, let's just make KS the most viewed article of the month every month so it has to stay up forever
