Disabling all Nudity

Is there any way to completely remove all nudity from the game? I've been debating on whether or not to download and play because I've read that the 'Disable Adult Content' option doesn't turn off some of the nudity.

There is no way to completely remove all nudity. The question begs why this would be necessary.
