LOL, that was amusing ..and Misha was diagnosed as having histrionic PD? 
I haven't played Shizune's path, so I can't be sure if that fits.

occasionally drinking is not a sign of alcoholism. he freely admits to not yet playing certain routes and then proceeds to diagnose those characters, even for mental disorders.

Glad I'm not the only academic taking a (slightly) clinical look at the game.
