very nice drawings, seems a bit out of character for some of the girls, but it could just be the art style. Emi looked really cute back there.
by the way, is this ED a reference to something?

I think it has to do with their eyes, it's too wide for a some of the characters and it makes them seem too cheerful and shiny, Shizune and Rin suffers from this the most.
