I know that part of the picture was the one released with the download links on jan 4th. But the quote is something new, and I've seen conflicting statements over the source of the quote. Tvtropes says that it's from the KS dev team, and other places says the quote originated from /v/ in 4chan (and was presumably shopped in into the picture later). Would anyone be able to clarify this? If a KSdev happens to see this and answer, that would be particularly great.

I have no idea where the quote comes from, but it is a great quote. It's the best way I've seen yet to explain that Katawa Shoujo isn't about disability porn, but how normal people who also happen to have disabilities deal with life and everything that comes with it.

I vaguely remember reading something like this on the Katawa-Shoujo blog, some years ago. Maybe that's where You should look for it?
