every time i try to start the game this comes up. how do i fix it

Could not import renpy.bootstrap. Please ensure you decompressed Ren'Py
correctly, preserving the directory structure.

File "renpy.py", line 126, in <module>
ImportError: No module named renpy.bootstrap

having this same problem. Using 64bit Windows7 if that matters.
