How to backup the save

Sup, guys. So, i want to format my computer, but I don't know how I can backup the save of the game. If I just copy the game folder to another HD, it will work?
Where can I find the save files?

Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bits. I'm brazilian like you, so i'm using it in portuguese.

Opa, legal! Tem poucos brasileiros por aqui.
I'll keep it in English for politeness' sake, since the system language doesn't really matter:
Press Windows key + R to open the "Run" window, type in "%appdata%" (without quotation marks) and press OK/Enter. There should be a folder called "RenPy" on there, the saves are located in it. Just copy the whole folder.
