I know there are ones for CS:S and L4D but those sprays relate to those games. Does anyone know of sprays for TF2?

Here is an archive with all the .vtf/.vmt files if you don't feel like converting them manually. They're resized to fit the game's standards on the .vtf files, obviously.

Any way to get a reupload, maybe not on Megaupload?
