Yes, I had underestimated it by about 800m!
The lap is ~1.4km.
Yeah, that explains why it took 5 minutes.

Hello everyone! Being inspired by the character Emi was, I also did begin to workout sometime in the late summer. I lost weight, gained muscle, yada yada yada. My problem though is about today.

I joined the basketball team and actually made it due to the fact I was faster, and it was easier for me to breathe so I could stay out on the court longer. Today, we played our last away game. After that, our coach told us that we had to bring our uniforms back by Monday. I just packed it and I'm feeling like I'm losing a part of my workout life. I mean I suppose I can just take up running again like I did in the late summer, but it just feels different. Maybe getting back into the groove will help though?

Try out different sports for summer. Go look out for pick-up games at gyms and what not as well. If you love to do it, play some Basketball with friends and family.

And if he doesn't get Emi, he doesn't get the shed.

And if he doesn't get the shed, he doesn't get the lemon flavored lubricant.
It's all about the lemon, guys.

Well, did W3D2 today. Wasn't too bad, I could feel my stamina improving a bit compared to the past. Waking up in the morning to go run is also more refreshing than I thought, since, well, Hisao always went running with Emi in the mornings.
That's great, keep at it man! :D

Oh boy, week 5 looks tough.
Oh well, guess I'll just take it as it comes.

On W1D2, but I've replaced it with straight slow jogging for the same amount of time. Lost 5 pounds in three days, not sure if I should be happy or worried.
Could be the shock state, I lazily flop around more than Rin's sleeves on a windy day during my free time.

Take it as it comes?
With or without the lemon flavored lubricant?
