i have 100% completion and yet when i look at the gallery i noticed i was missing one very last photo which is right after the photos of random stuff and it doesn't look like it's part of any paths? anyone know how i could get that photo

You need to have seen every ending, including Lilly's and Emi's bad ends which it's possible to avoid while still having every scene unlocked.

This. Basically, you need to do *EVERY* possible dialogue option.

No you don't.
Afaict you only need to have every scene unlocked and seen every ending.
It's not even necessary to have all other CGs unlocked.
