Yes, it is mentioned in a script. Hideaki mentions it to Hisao the morning after the fishing trip in Shizune's route. His words are: "Family issues. Our fathers are brothers and don't like each other." Which is why I asked.Their fathers are not brothers as far as I recall. If it's mentioned in a script, likely an error.
