The proportions are decent. I know that you are drawing her in your style, so I'll base my comments on that fact.
You really need to give hana-chan softer features. I think the face is way too harsh for a female. And also make her hair more smooth like the other versions of hana that are floating around. Hana doesn't have spiky or rough hair.
that's about it. You should try another drawing sometime. I think you could pull off a closer Hanako while still using your style.

I dare say the problem with it is that the opening for the neck on hanako's blouse (which is what is going down her back in this pic) is too huge, and wouldn't make sense with the blouse being worn normally.
I'm also not sure enough volume was allocated to the girls' breasts.

Lawl. I said I would do this a while back. I just got bored enough to do it.
I modeled the object, if that isn't apparent. Also, it's the Fate weapons screen for those who haven't played it, but really, who hasn't played it?
