Think that there a possibility that the devs will release a comprehensive like concept art that's never seen the lite or even a download of the alpha build?

Seriously though, more concept art that we haven't already seen, maybe. I don't see much of a point in releasing the alpha build, but you never know. We'll see.

The alpha build is something that they will NEVER let see the light of day.

this is wrong, Grid1 was released quite a while ago and a few followers got a copy. the old art is kinda meh to play it after you play act1 though

Is grid1 the alpha build? Also the devs seem like pretty cool dudes so once it's done they may be a bit more willing to discuss it more freely.

My recollection wasn't that it was released, it was leaked. If anything that means the devs will be trying to avoid that kind of thing in the future, instead of repeating it.

Also, maybe it's just me, but my definition of an "alpha build" is a version of the game that's "finished" in the way that no more new content is added, but is still subject to interal testing (alpha testing) before being distributed among external testers (beta testing) for a second round of QA. There's no way Grid1 would qualify as an alpha build...it's more a "prehistoric prototype" build. I can't imagine why the devs would willing release anything other than the most refined incarnation of their game. Concept art is something else though.

I'm scared now. I don't think that WAS supposed to be seen. I hope it doesn't bring about the wrath of the developers.

There is no "alpha build" and the alpha build would just be like the completed game with more errors and less art. Grid 1 is probably the closest thing you'll see to an "alpha build." No one is going to get upset if you see it.

As for concept art, all the concept art that was ever done is on the shimmie.

I tried but my anti-virus blocked it as an identity threat type of malware.

It's not a virus, broski. I just tried it out. What anti-virus do you have? Cos it's giving you a false positive.

Although, I don't think I'll actually play it. Kinda disrespectful to the authors... or something. The songs in the folder are pretty great, though.

I played just ater I finished Act 1. It's bad but it's not that bad for a starting project. If I remember correctl, it's just a day more or less into the school life.

I think it'd be kinda cool if the devs provided some sort of method for fellow indie developers to mod their particular download of the game (kind of like how a lot of PC game developers release source content and the like for the modding community). If something like that was provided, I'd totally like, put in my own voices for some of the male characters, since I have aspirations to be a voice actor some day, and it would make good practice.
