So, I'm asking this mostly because I haven't digged too far into KS history, but do the Devs usually update us anytime something finishes or progresses to the next Act?

It looks like they're telling us when art assets, and path direction are finished per girl.

They did forget to announce when Rin's art got finished, though, so they put it in with the announcement about Hanako.

They announced the art update about a week after I discovered the game, but that feels like forever ago. D:
I don't know how to not come here and lurk for at least half an hour every day.

i am not quite as bad as you....
i pop in here ever time i think about the game
so that is 4 to 6 times a week....
well not quite ever time i think about it. just the times i siting at a pc.
if i not at a pc i still think about it
just can not act on it

I have been waiting in Feburary, other have been waiting longer. What is a few more months, really?

To Summerize:
The First Three Acts of the Game are all done.
Act Four Is Mostly Done with work still needing to be done on Rin and Shizune's Paths.
Art for Rin and Hanako's paths are all done with the others probably also close to being done.

In other words, we have at least a couple of months to wait, more or less. If I'm right, it'll be only a matter of time before we get to sink our teeth into the main course. Just don't get your hopes up because of what I said, okay? I'm not the one with the info.

I'd hope so, or else the chance of Katawa Shoujo meeting it's predicted 2011 release date is pretty much shot.
