just played act 1 and got really absorbed...so i was wondering...when will act 2 be released...

Is what the devs would likely say, but since you're obviously a bit on the lazy side, here's how you'll get to see the next act:

KS will not be released "per act". The next release is the full and complete VN

There should be an update within the next couple of weeks saying "insert girls name" route has been finalised. I say that not as a dev but just as a rough guess as the last two updates were within a month of each other so the next shouldn't be too far off and judging by the progress it's most likely going to be Hanako's.
Don't take this as fact as the routes can take different amounts of time and different amount of effort to acheive and I know diddly squat about what the devs do, just thought the info would help.

Just... lurk a little. Or do you somehow think that asking is going to magically make the full release available tomorrow?

That would be awesome, but the odds are astronomical. I'm thinking he's gonna have to stick with "no".
