As we all know this is a game about love and romance. Furthurmore this is (or wll eventually) be a game about sex. Call me old fashioned but I would like to think that whichever girl Hisao chooses (in my case it would be either Shizune or Hanako) he would make an honest woman of her sometime after graduation.
So what would the "special day" of each of our ladies be like.
Emi: Not really sure though an outdoor ceremony seems to suit her well
Lilly: Very Tradtional and classy, Hanako most like her Maid of Honor if she feels up to it.
Hanako: Very small and private only her very small group of freinds their as guests. Good chance she might just want to get civil ceremony and be done with it
Rin: No Clue
Shizune: BRIDEZILLA something very A Tradtional and most likely very expensive Ceremony with her trying to micormange EVERY FIRGGEN DETAIL

I don't know whether your suggestions are what I would have suggested, or that they are so good that I can no longer see anything else as up to that standard, but I agree with pretty much all of your suggestions. Though to expand:
As the friendly type, I believe Emi would invite quite a large number of people.
Lilly would also invite a large number of people, but because she is polite and relatively well liked by her peers. I can just see Shizune sitting there slightly uncomfortable/annoyed. The ceremony itself would be, as you said, very traditional.
Hanako would have a very private ceremony. In fact, the only witness of this union would be Lilly. But as a book reader, I believe Hanako to be a bit of a romantic. So She probably would (secretly) love a traditional wedding.
Rin is a hard guess, as you said. But it should be the opposite of Lilly's ceremony. She may invite just Emi, but I don't really know.
I can also see what you thought up for Shizune happening, but with a twist to paint her in a more positive light. The ceremony will be very expensive, but I'm not sure she'd go for traditional. I think she'd invite a lot of people, out of pride. But Misha would probably be wedding planner in addition to maid of honor, and Shizune would want to manage every little detail out of a burning desire to get everything perfect. Hisao can comfort her on this, and she admits that she just wants this to go right, out of love. He gets her to calm down and enjoy the wedding.

Shizune would either go for the traditional wedding of the region she lives in. Or she'd rather go for something very unconventional, for instance a knife fight in a pit full of grease.

Kenji: Manly ceremony. No bride. No party. Whiskey only. No girls allowed. GAY LORD.
Misha (?): Ceremony would be something like a big party with techno music and beer. Seriously, I can't imagine Misha's doing something different.

They are not even high-school lovers yet. Why are they getting married? No need for such rush.
There's a lot of time (well, not for Hisao, but generally) and a lot of girls out there, disabled or not, who will like to be with him despite the risk of him suddenly dropping dead any moment.
How many people end up getting married to their high-school sweethearts, anyway?
But perhaps things are different in Japan. I don't know enough about their culture. Maybe it's not unusual to marry right after graduating high-school. Hmm
But assuming that it does happen...
hmm. Most seem about right. I don't know about Shizune, though. Why would she necessarily go for a traditional wedding? She actually seems like a very "modern" kind of woman to me. One who'd get a bionic replacement to her own brain for increased efficiency without thinking twice.
I do agree that traditional or not, Shizune is going to have a huge, grandiose ceremony with hundreds of guests (possibly chained to the chairs if necessary) and that she's going to be an ultra-bitch in the few months before the event ("THE BAND ARRANGEMENTS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE READY A WEEK AGO!" "What band...? I thought?... But you...?" "THERE WILL BE A BAND, HISAO. DO IT")

Well, I know of two couples from my High School graduation class, that are happily married with children now. Might be one more, but I haven't heard from them in a while...

I can easily imagine Lilly having a Shinto wedding. I've seen portions of them when I visited temples, and there's a lot of detail and ritual that goes into them. That and lots of loud percussion for the sake ceremony. The deep music combined with the weight of the clothing and hairstyle would give her a strong visceral feeling. In other words, there would not be much that her guests or others may feel that she's missing.
Hanako would prefer a western wedding on account of the veil. I don't know how much flowers play into a ShInto wedding, but I rather like the idea of Hanako getting married surrounded by her namesake (flower.)

Hanako would wear a full veil.
Rin would elope.

In most relationships the knife fighting is reserved for when he forgets some insignificant anniversary. (The pit full of grease is for the make up sex afterward.)

I always figured rin would wear her ring on a necklace... think about it, she uses her feet for everything hands do, and walking. couple that with painting = Messy feet = messy ring.

Rin is totally gonna go for something quick and cheap in Las Vegas, after a night of unsuccessful gambling.

Unless Hisao talks him out of it beforehand. Then he'd just get drunk and end up hooking up with a bridesmaid.

Yeah, I can't see Rin giving a damn about a big ceremony.
