Spotted this on the beeb's site. Someone's ended up with a synthetic heart, so now he really is a heartless person. (gets beaten up for the dreadful pun)

The saying that someone is heartless is stupid either way, since the only thing the heart do is pump blood and maybe some other stuff.

Being bad or good is in the brain like everything else we do or are (except for how our bodies are).

well, on the positive side of things, artificial organs (see also artificial kidney : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/artic ... lysis.html ) bring a lot of hope for many people including myself (although I already have a Kidney transplant).
