Misha's disability is that she is already dead.

She wouldn't die even if we killed her.

That depends on your definition of "alive". Some are satisfied with "not dead" (it's one of those great paradoxes of philosophy. The only way to truly and clearly define life is "the opposite of death", but the only way to define death is "the opposite of life"...). Others have more complex demands.

They wanted to get Toki, but he was too busy with other projects.

Misha's disability is a terminal disease. That's the big twist during the Shizune arc.

YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST, FOLKS!

^ Terminal diseases are usually very straining for the body, but Misha looks quite healthy to me.
But since the thread title tells us to suppose she really dies, we should just disregard that fact.

Actually, I'd like to think that for a minor disability, she takes a radioactive isotope for treatment (Or intestinal pathing diagnosis) that induces what is essentially Walking Ghost syndrome by accident.

Booyah, yet one more atomic holocaust joke!

No no guys you got it all wrong! Misha's REAL disability is that she have unnatural pink hair! Shocking? I know!
And to find out about why it has freakish pink color, you have to unlock the "True Ending"! :D
